Provider Applications
Provider applications are manually reviewed before activation. We are building our network carefully.
We do not currently make specific claims about licensing, insurance, or background checks — those processes are being defined. Our only current claim is: provider applications are manually reviewed before activation.
More transparency features — including what the review process involves — are planned as we grow.
Homeowner Requests
Homeowner requests are reviewed by our team and manually routed to relevant local providers. We do not run automated auctions or mass-blast contact info to providers.
Submitting a request is free for homeowners.
Early Development Transparency
Helm2You is in early development. We're being direct about what we do and don't do yet:
- We manually review provider applications — we do not yet have a formalized vetting process.
- We do not claim providers are vetted, verified, licensed, insured, or background-checked.
- We do not guarantee response times or outcomes.
- We are not a booking platform — we route requests and facilitate introductions.
